- Booking
- A. All bookings are made directly with Tomi Tickets either online or by phone Tomi Tickets If you make a booking by phone, your booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email. You are not required to sign a paper copy of this Agreement. By making a booking online or through telephone sales, you agree to accept these terms and conditions.
- B. Your booking is confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation or Invoice via email or instant messaging software.
- C. The location of all tickets is clearly known to you before the booking is made, and the receipt of the tickets shall not constitute any other grounds for complaint, compensation or refund due to the seating arrangement.
- D. You should take good care of your event tickets and Tomi Tickets will not make any compensation or refund if you are unable to attend the event due to personal reasons such as damage, loss or disclosure of your tickets to third parties.
- E. Tomi Tickets reserves the right to cancel any booking with incorrect price, all ticket quotes are subject to the booking confirmation information or Invoice, Tomi Tickets reserves the right to make all decisions.
- F. Due to the TV commitment/cup draw, all dates and start times are subject to change, it is the customer's responsibility to check for any changes, if the scheduled date or time of the event is changed, your event tickets are valid and confirmed and are non-refundable, non-alterable, non-transferable, and will be sent 0-7 days prior to the event start time by email or instant messaging software.
- G. Tomi Tickets will not be liable for any refusal of entry or ejection for support of the opposing team or other personal reasons.
- H. If you provide incorrect identification details when placing an order, we cannot guarantee that tickets and other products will reach you. If the tickets and products ordered are returned to us because the details you have provided are incorrect, you will be liable to pay shipping and handling charges. Please take care to complete accurate and up-to-date details as the submission of false personal information is strictly prohibited by law.
- I. You will be required to pay the full price of your order in order to confirm the service or ticket. Tomi Tickets will refund the customer in full if the price of the ticket changes after payment has been made or if the ticket is sold out.
- J. Tomi Tickets reserves the right to amend the price of any event at any time and to correct any errors in the price of a confirmed ticket, as well as the right to upgrade and change the ticket for the Customer for an event of a similar level or higher.
- K. Tomi Tickets will refund the Customer in full and offer the Customer a free cash voucher if we are unable to deliver the purchased ticket(s) even at the last minute prior to the commencement of the event.
- Disclaimer
- A. In circumstances beyond the control of Tomi Tickets, such as force majeure global pandemic, natural disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire or other damage to any flight, vessel or vehicle in connection with your travel, riot, conduct, war, civil commotion, exercise of legislative, municipal, military or other authority, strikes, industrial action, requisitioning of private equipment, etc., Tomi Tickets Tomi Tickets will not be able to provide any refunds and any monies paid will remain in the customer's account as a credit for future bookings.
- B. Tomi Tickets may place advertisements and promotions from third parties on its or its licensors' websites. Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers other than Tomi Tickets found on or through the Site, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such advertisers. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers on the Site.
- C. Customers should be aware of their travel documents, entry visas, passport expiry dates and other personal factors, and the Company shall not be responsible for any problems that may result in denial of boarding or entry, or inability to use the Company's services due to disruption of the customer's journey. Fees paid will not be refunded.
- D. All promotional offers/discounts and competitions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or changed at any time without prior notice. Competition winners must agree to have their details posted on our website and social media accounts.
- E. Tomi Tickets reserves the right to change or amend any of the terms and conditions at any time without notice and subject to final announcement. All information provided on the website is for reference only. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Company shall be final and conclusive.
- F. All of the above terms and conditions are deemed to be accepted by the customer upon payment of all Tomi Tickets terms and conditions.
